Miracles still Happen!

After almost 3 years of wrangling with the government, we are now proud owners of Phase II construction permits. The city gave the green light on Oct. 10th and we received the official papers ten days later. To add to the good news, a contract was signed with the company responsible for building the bridge.  The bridge is slated to be finished in 2-3 months.
